Human Resources Coordinator
ZGF is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator in our Portland, OR office to join our People + Culture team coordinating HR initiatives and processes within the office, with the ability to support firm-wide HR initiatives.
As Human Resources Coordinator, you will…
- Manage candidate hiring process using applicant tracking system
- Coordinate new hiring processes, direct liaison between HR and business office
- Organize new hire onboarding and first day agendas for assigned offices
- Process new hire paperwork, including I9 forms utilizing eVerify
- Manage and assist in facilitating employee performance review process for assigned offices
- Aid in HR efforts including personnel, benefits, and professional development
- Facilitate all new employee onboarding sessions
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of human resources experience
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in related field, preferred
- Knowledge in employment laws and regulations
- Proficient with numbers, data, insights, analysis, Microsoft Office Suite, technology and HR systems
- Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Never-failing positive, can-do attitude
- Organized and thoughtful in managing functions and workload, detail oriented
- Excellent communication and social skills
- Trustworthy and mature, ability to be discreet with sensitive information
- Able to work independently exercising workload and prioritization
- Prior experience in architecture, design or creative company preferred
Base Salary Range
$65.000/yr - $70.000/yr depending on skills and experience.
